An Emergency Services employee includes Federal, State, and local governmental and nongovernmental emergency public safety, fire, law enforcement, emergency response, emergency medical (including hospital emergency facilities), and related personnel, agencies, and authorities (as defined in 6 U.S.C. 101(6)).

Purchasers are eligible for one Emergency Services Purchase incentive with vehicle delivery between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Motorcycle must be purchased and reported under the eligible offer applicant. Proof of eligibility required.

Eligible members of either the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp, Space Force, and Coast Guard) or the Uniformed Forces as defined in 10 U.S. Code § 101 includes active guard and reserve personnel, the commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the commissioned corps of the Public Health Service. Individuals who have been released from active duty or received an honorable or general discharge from active duty or received an honorable or general discharge from active duty in the armed forces are also eligible upon presenting a copy of DD Form 214.
